What the best strategies that you have used to sell a house fast?

Hey guys, my partners(investors) and I (realtor) are in a bit of a pickle. We had not 1 but 2 deals fall through on us due to financing(bad loan officers). So now I have just put 2 houses back on the MLS, but rather than just wait for another agent to bring me a buyer or do our usual marketing( we do a lot of social media) I wanted to see what everyone else is doing to sell their houses fast.
