I'm not an expert but when the bank forecloses I think the terms of forclosure only applies to "permanent fixtures"...not sure appliances are included (so might not be included in the sale because they aren't the bank's to sell).

The insurance company said the bridge is covered because it is "permanently" connected to the land, but they were very unclear about the pier since it is "removable" and not permanently connected to the land.

If you do not use vinyl safe paint and put a darker color on it, when the sun heats the paint up, it will shrink the paint and then permanently warp all of your siding thus destroying it....very bad.
