Hello All,I have been listening to the Podcasts for awhile now, I think this an amazing community for RE investors to share ideas and knowledge.  

It will not be the highest return on your money financially but it can be safer way to actively learn as long a you work with the correct Turnkey provider.My advice would be to trust yourself, don't be afraid to say no and be very open to listening to what they say and then find a way to validate the information provided.I have not worked in Ohio nor have I heard anything about American Wealth Builders.Best of luck!

So far, I have listened to nearly 100 hours of BP podcasts but this is my first post!

I have put in numerous hours of researching local markets, studying the terminology of investment, reading the investment blogs/books, talking with established investors and of course, listening to the Bigger Pockets Podcast.

If I were you, I would listen to the podcasts that are geared towards flipping and see what works best for you and also what kind of properties you want to get into (single family, duplex-fourplexe, apartment complexes, commercial) and also what area of the market you want to work (low, mid, or high).If you are a reader there are quite a few books available through here, J Scott wrote a few and there is the Ultimate Beginners Guide.Hope this helps
