For the ability to invest in the security of real estate without the inherent hassles of tenants and toilets .With notes, I have no headaches associated with the physical property, but the security of an (oftentimes) appreciating asset.But , for me, I find notes a whole lot more profitable than flipping property (if you’re a flipper, that is) as a means of generating cash.

The biggest obstacle to landlords is going to be vacancy while waiting for quality tenants.- My wife and I are personally considering moving into that area, and I am networking with other real estate investors, agents, business owners, churches, local politicians, and others who are interested in developing this area.- I have a 5500 sq ft 4 family with a 4 car garage under contract in this area for $10,000 to close.

If we go with the idea that she is going to live there just as any other residential tenant would & not run her business out of it & only have the lease in her business name the answer to her would still be no.She likely wants to do the lease in her business name to give her less personal liabilities.
