BPO or Appraisal in NYC

Hi All -

Quick question for the community. I'm looking for a real estate broker with experience in the Murray Hill area of NYC who may be able to help me out with a BPO or an appraisal. Long story short, I purchased an outdated 1br/1ba a little over two years ago (putting only 10% down at the time). Immediately after closing, I put about $100k into renovations and rehab - knocked down galley kitchen wall and opened to living area, new kitchen with granite and stainless, gut renovated bathroom, new hardwood floors, custom closets, etc. At the moment, I'm still paying PMI on the loan because LTV is based on the sales price. Would love to rid myself of that payment and also understand how well I may or may not be positioned for a cash out refi at this time.

If anyone can help out or can point me in the right direction, I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks,

Mike
