A buddy of mine is an anesthesiologist in Brazil.

They did a pretty sizeable one for me on mine!

He knows his market that I am investing in much better than I do, he knows investing, and he is worth his weight in gold.

Send him the documents you would send for eviction...here it's a "3 day notice to pay or quit"....then follow up and say I don't want to have to evict you, but, the laws regarding eviction are very clear and refer him to exact part of the law that says he needs proof of covid-19 firing/layoff or else he does not qualify for the exemption and will be treated like business as usual.Good luck and i hope more replies get posted that have better advice than mine.

Then I got the desire to do real estate again and I asked a buddy of mine that had done several real estate deals if I could do a deal with him.
