I’m in a competitive market and this really seems like a scam.

Has anyone in Las Vegas or Arizona ever been scammed by a “wholesaling mentor?”

I have been contacting them via email and I am worried about scams and losing my money.

@Mike Layne As an ex-student who he luckily kicked out of his sandbox and did not give him money due to him demanding cash, which is illegal, with no PSA, AOM, or Allonge that our custodian wanted for funds from our IRA, I am so sad to hear yet another person scammed.

He was and remains the one "rare bird" I have encountered that acquired development skill set. 

I went to bank of America and they said it was a scam.

I do not have a specific response to your question but I did encounter that myself in the past.

I thought I would add my 2 cents, we were very skeptical before the process began and gave them a very short leash, I too agree with Jacob I don't think an investment firm would have much luck scamming a homeowner...

Ugg, got taken by a total scam, feel like an idiot.

They basically cherry pick comps and try to market it as a great deal to a newbie investor who doesn't know any better it makes me sad to see their "scam" advertisements.
