Today I spoke with a senior loan officer stating he could provide 100% funding at 4% interest. I don’t want to share names yet but has anyone heard of this? I’m in a competitive market and this really seems like a scam. What are all your thoughts?

Obvious scam is obvious.

If you want that sort of thing to be real, please call 1-800-Marines and do what the friendly person says. Four years later, you can get a VA loan for a home where you live. :)
