I snaked my tub with an electric auger and found a huge wad of hair clogging the drain.

I'd have a panic attack if I was tiling a tub or shower drain.

At the end of the ordeal, she flushed several thousand dollars down the drain in fees and he only wanted more fees to help her get out of it.

The water went through the second floor ceiling, the second floor hardwood floors, the first floor ceiling and the first floor vinyl flooring before leaking into the basement, where it went down the floor drain.

Nope. 11PM of Day 3 of being a landlord, I get a call from my tenant saying all the drains are backed up, and feces was coming up into the shower.  

It's very acidic and must be run through a "neutralizer" before running down the drain.
