What I like about Logan Square is it seems to be on the path of progress.  

It takes years to develop good enough market knowledge to be a great agent....but then again plenty of sucky agents with little to no market knowledge make a living all over the country.

It's in a small alley and there are about 8 dumpsters along the path so I can't build a fence around it or anything.

Hello Everyone,I heard someone mention that when she worked at a mortgage company, she noticed a lot of international investors from Australia, Canada, China - to name some of the countries - who invested here in the states. 

The only reason I say most wholesalers is due to the fact that those we see on BP are brand spanking new, following a dream path more than any professional one, with no prior business knowledge, lack of education and most are  simply eager for the perceived money involved.

Amazing... doesn't happen in this part of the country.

It's a reasonable path to take, although I have not found any in my area that interest me.  

Everyone has been accurate...We are a HUD Brokerage and work with out-of-State and out-of-Country investors...

If you're seriously going down that path you'll want to talk to a lawyer experienced in setting up those deals to get the right paperwork and CC&Rs in place.
