@GeoffActually i have a relative who is a law student with access to skip trace software. i gave her the homeowner's name and boom, she gave me a current phone number in about 20 seconds.I actually think broke law students are a good source for this, because one guy that i found online wanted to charge me $100 per name...yeah right.
