My biggest concern is that garden thing in the back yard.

The biggest problem I had was evictions.

But, I've already spent the big money on the bathroom so I figure if I finish updating the bathroom, then the bathroom might feel more like a remodeled bathroom than what it currently looks like:The biggest thing I could do seems like it'd be the bathroom mirrors since they're so big and something you see when you walk in.

That's the biggest knock against it.

Id look into the IROC meetings that the apartment association holds, those are the biggest meet ups  around this area im aware of, although it's geared towards newer investors.

Biggest issue seems to be finding good multi-family properties in an area I would want to live in.I'm looking forward to learning!

I guess my biggest fear with this property is the age. 

My biggest pet peeve that has caused me to churn through agents is they don't return phone calls in a timely manner.

The biggest thing that newbie's do is over-react to small issues.  

My biggest advice to new investors is to listen, digest, learn and then sit back... ask yourself what YOU want out of life and the goals YOU have.
