I have no experience with real estate investing and currently rent. My background is in software engineering. I found this site when googling about multi-family properties.
One idea I have is to purchase a multi-family property and live in one of the units, so I'm researching that possibility. Biggest issue seems to be finding good multi-family properties in an area I would want to live in.
I'm looking forward to learning!
