I could talk about Real Estate and financing all day and never get tired of the topic.

Wow, I basically wrote a short autobiography of myself and got off topic so fast.

@Trent Lee this is such a difficult topic as real estate is always so local.

I personally don't have any experience on the LLC questions but since you're looking into BRRRRing check out the book that David Greene wrote on the topic.

I see this topic has come up in past years, but not real recently. 

Becoming an expert takes time, so choosing a topic sooner than later allows for more study time. 

Its sort of a good thing since they can be used when you sell to offset gains or in some cases the depreciation unrecapture.Talking of equity growth, here is a recent discussion that covers an important topic that is routinely glossed over in BP in favor of cash flow:  https://www.biggerpockets.com/... 

I am just getting started in RE, I have never bought a property or invested any money into RE yet, but have an eagerness and drive to learn all I can about the topic and soak in new info to grow and start soon.

I'll regard your opinion with more weight, so those who feel they can talk on the topic please share!
