We have tenant in a sf in the best neighborhood of the  city on a dead end street.Sec 8 failed huge deck because of peeling paint. 

Is this proper Cleveland or including the west and east suburbs.With that being said it would seem both Cleveland and Cincinnati are on the exact same population trend.The title to this thread should have been is every city in Ohio other than your beloved Columbus the next Detroit.

I have a property that was landlocked and sewage lines crossed families property to the city.

What if I told you Park A was city water& sewer, but Park B was on two wells and 4/1 septic.

It's been used as residential since 2003 and the last permit pulled according to the city was for residential sewer replacement.  

Househacking is awesome and I definitely would've done that when I graduated last May but didn't know anyone in the city.
