Finally catch em and sold my show horse to pay bill and this lousy Atty didn't contact and make some deal.

We originally thought about building out there and moving, but our plans have changed.1st option-sell. 2nd option-split and sell3rd option-buy, build home, and sell4th option-buy and hold(put a few tiny homes or nice front porch style single wides and  a horse barn).

Try talking with some local investors who are landlords renting multi-unit buildings and talk to them.Your best bet is probably to call the city directly and get the answer straight from the horses mouth...

I have thought about wholesaling it....but there's one problem: I'm putting the cart before the horse because I don't have a buyer's list.
