Do you buy ads? Where?

Hey everyone,

I'm new here, but I had a really burning question that made me want to join and ask you all.

Someone mentioned that most people in real estate actually buy local ads in traditional inventory (like newspapers, flyers, etc.) instead of geo-focused online ads (like on Facebook). I thought this was interesting but wanted to hear it from the horse's mouth.

What sort of ads do you buy, if any? Can you explain your reasoning?
