If you didn’t care about paying off assets completely, you could use VB to pay down the principal in each asset to the point where your initial investment had been recouped and you were effectively carrying the asset with your forced appreciation - which would essentially be backing into the BRRR model.

Assuming it works out on the cash flow models, I’m looking for advice, ito, are these good investments, do they appreciate, how would they be managed, can you only buy on a commercial loan, and if so, how does that work ito deposit and interest?

Once I find an appliance, I text the pic and model number to my guy and ask for his input (obviously don’t abuse this; I refer him as much as possible so he’s glad to help me).
