Call the Town, ask them who supplies water to that town (could be the city or could be a semi-private company. 

Short inventory is a problem as it continues to create pure supply issues and raise home values (to levels hard to imagine). 

However, if at a later date, it surfaces that you did violate the intent of the arrangement, like your future interest holder sells, that's a different matter.There is no due on sale jail, there is bank/mortgage fraud jail, supplying false information to a lender. 

However depending on the load of your house you may be able to get away with one head, especially with a open floor plan.4) You need to talk to a installer/supplier to see how many BTUs it would require to adequately supply your home and see what your options are.

It's two poles separate the incoming 220VAC into two 110VAC "rails" that the smaller house breakers plug into, and then the house wiring attaches to those to distribute power to the house.If you disconnect the main you separate the street from the house wiring, and because all the 110 VAC and 220 VAC breakers connect to the "rails", once you supply power through the dryer outlet (220VAC) you are connecting the generator to all the house wiring via both "rails".Hope that helps...
