Has anyone noticed any differentiating factors between some of the more popular solo401k providers that frequent BP other than price?

Honestly, I say Austin because folks don't know where Georgetown is, but we're definitely more interested in the Georgetown/Round Rock/Leander/Pflugerville areas @Gonz Trevino @Robb R. :-)@Rachel Trimble I think we've identified that we'd like to find properties that give us capitalization in the 15-20% range and cash on cash of 10-12%.
