Hello BP.

My husband and I live in the Georgetown/Austin area and love it here. Previously, I worked as an assistant to an agent in NC while I was in graduate school and we've bought and sold our last three homes at a neat profit. We like the Austin market and want to start investing in rental properties or rehabs in the WIlliamson/Travis county area.  Right now we're trying to pinpoint promising neighborhoods and pricepoints. BP has been a wealth of information and we look forward to reading and learning more as well as making professional contacts that can help us identify identify worthwhile properties.

Thanks everyone.

I have a rental property in Williamson County and its a good market. If anything I might also suggest looking into Pflugerville in Travis County. If you're willing to go a bit south Buda and Kyle are great too. Keep in mind Austin prices are inflated so you want to find those pockets that are a bit more reasonable. :)
