My fathers company was one of the first to start a 401K, it' also has made the news numerous times for it's outlandish and ridiculous 401K rules been sued many times and won every court case because the rules are in the paper work that the original contributor signed.

I have been working on numerous revisions to the lease since they have moved in.  

Our plan now is to get bids from numerous contractors to scrap this structure and build a brand new 4/2 with about 1200 sq ft, and we're seeing bids around $85-$110/sq ft.  

Two things I note: the land leads I have gotten are either absolute junk, have numerous liens on them, or the owners want close to market value.
