Cleveland itself is very similar to a lot of the other rust belt "turnkey" markets but that familiarity usually pushes them over the top to choose this location.I am sure there are many varying opinions on the topic but If we were to take five "turnkey" markets and just assume they are all identical in the type of return one could I achieve I see tremendous value in choosing the one of the five you have previously lived in.
