But I like idea that Detroit, gaining it's momentum of renaissance and appreciation could be better there, but maybe I idolize it.Columbus seems lucrative with tech companies investing there, but a bit fishy, because so many flippers already there, so many people realtors/flippers tryin to sell their flipped houses.

I like the idea of fix and flip for additional capital but I’m a rookie and not sure if it is too much of a risk for my first investment to be a flip.Aside from wanting to get in to San Diego, my priority is to get in the game and set myself up to be able to grow my portfolio.Any feedback or advice would be much appreciated!!

FUNDING UPDATE:Hi everyone, thanks for keeping up with me and my undying drive to acquire this property.I spoke with my lender and the idea came up of pulling a HELOC on my 3-Unit house hack (which I bought some significant equity in) and using that line of credit for the down payment of a DSCR loan.
