Travel Nurses for mid term rentals
We are in contact with the HR department for our local hospital. We are looking to lease our fully furnished town home to travel nurses. My question is should we include internet, water, gas, and power? Or should be make the tenant set that up in their name to pay for it?

It is standard to pay for all utilities. The only exception for me is if the lease term is over 6 months. If that is the case, we ask the tenant to switch internet, electricity, and gas into their name.
