That is 27 weeks after I paid for the house in full and 27 weeks more of unpaid taxes and other costs that you will have to pay.That increase in hold time was another big reason I stopped going to auctions.BTW, if you plan to bid on condos there is a whole other host of issues with back assessments and other charges that you will be stuck with.I could go on.

On a personal note, I do not favor contractors who do not charge for estimates as a normal practice because they are not adding true value to their field and not to be trusted.
