Tenant beware list

I've got several rental properties and have had them for about 10 years. I've been very lucky in my tenant screenings, never having many issues. Occasionally had some late charges but very few. Well that changed this year,,,,,.

My question is, "Is there a tenant beware, do not rent to this person EVER list in existence? Once an eviction has been filed, I know that will be on their record, but does that record show up on their credit?

What is the best way to find this info out? If it doesn't go on their credit, then where?

I think a list should be created to simplify the process for landlords.

Thanks for any insight.
