Listening to the "Bigger Pockets Podcast" and the "Rookie Show" has help geared my mindset and has pushed me to make the move and pursue my dream.

It is currently the beginning of February, and so I am wondering from anyone who has some knowledge and experience on buying homes, what are the steps and timeline I should expect in order to make this dream happen?

Currently the asking price is around $850k (based on comps) and our 'dream house' is coming on the market for around $950k in the same area.
