Newbie from O'ahu Hawaii

Aloha everyone, 

My name is Giovanni Rendon Lopez and I am a new Real Estate agent in the island of O'ahu Hawaii. As you can probably tell by my 2 last names I am from Mexico. I am 26 years old and my parents brought me to the States when I was 12. I have always been interested in the Real Estate industry but never thought I had what it takes to become a successful realtor/investor. Listening to the "Bigger Pockets Podcast" and the "Rookie Show" has help geared my mindset and has pushed me to make the move and pursue my dream. I have zero investing experience and I am starting from scratch in a state I've only lived in for less than 1 years with little to no network and not as much selling experience. I am very excited about this new journey and the amazing people i will be meeting along the way.
