What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I've been using Michael Blank's Deal Analyzer which works fine but there are some features that aren't available.

I am a full-time sales agent in property manager, so my experience and license helps me procure deals.

RE Professionals should prepare for an active Q4 and investors looking to close deals before year's end are recommended to get their financing and property search profiles clarified, and then...step on the gas. 

You negotiate a deal of a lifetime for a client, send them the contract, and then they get cold feet. 

There are definitely deals to be had.

I'm under contract on a commercial deal.

There will be another deal.

If you look at the report, this deal has such a low CoC return due to a high amount of expenses.
