Some times it is challenging, but overall not a problem as over time we have found good handymen, AC, plumbers, etc.

I recommend staying active on the forum and engaging in conversations that interest you...you will learn much more that way.

The odds are probably somewhere around 80% that another agent will be bringing the buyer, I would definitely list it myself even if I was brand new, your broker should be able to lead ou through any challenges.

When dealing with HOA's, I've learned to scan everything and e-mail it to the rep, asking her to re-send it to the entire board before the meeting so they have a chance to consider why I am challenging them without my emotion getting in the way like it could at the hearing.
