Hello everyone! My name is Nessy and I'm from Miami, Florida. I'm 27 years old, currently a student and I'm looking forward to learning how to own my first multi-family property. I have no experience what-so-ever in this field, but I've read several books, done some research and have developed the confidence to start! I welcome anyone who is from this area to contact me.
