Hello BP, and how wonderful is everyone on this site sharing advise and helping all us newbies for free!

My husband and I have decided to make a goal to get out of the rat race one day. We decided on real estate investing. I am a realtor part-time and do full-time sales outside of the house. My husband is in sales as well.

I have about 4 years of property management experience, and I do really love finding real estate. My husband is a numbers guy, so this just made sense for us.

We would love to own a multi-unit (larger than 10 units), as well as a smaller 4 unit. If $$ allowed us, we would own everything that made sense, but that is a little aggressive right now.

We are also interested in flipping houses, but in California it's harder and harder every day to make that happen in our market.

Any advice - we are OPEN to it. We are very modest people and would love someone to mentor us. We are looking to be sponges. If anyone local is looking to meet-up, network and/or simply bounce idea let me know!

Good luck to everyone and again this site is awesome
