I gave the area a visit, felt pretty safe to me, however neighborhoods are very diverse (you might sometimes even see a neighborhood with good house that would sit perfect in a A class and next to it a house that would look like a C class)Feels more like a buyers market than a rental one but not so sure about it.I am giving it some final thoughts and will make a decision if I will buy a property I was checking out there next week, will keep you posted.

It will definitely be an added expense that would come out of my commission in the end, but for families that are already struggling, that extra $250 after they have just gotten out from under a bad situation might be a big help (groceries, catch up on a bill, maybe do something fun to celebrate).
