You're income certainly isn't "normal" and some banks might shy away but this is a personal business and if you have a track record, I think you can find a bank to say yes.

You need to do a line item business analysis. 

However, it did not perform well overall and barely cash flowed (although, to be fair, it was on a 15 year note). 

IDKCurrently considering opening a FB business account and posting my rentals as a sponsored listing with an FB allowed link to my property manager's application webpage. 

I handle most of the forms and simpler legal tasks myself in my own REI business.  

Mike,Under most Insurance policies for rented dwelling, apartment buildings, etc. that include Business Income or Loss of Rents coverage, it requires a covered loss. 

for that, i use reihub (the extension of rentredi). i use quickbooks for my other business but my RE portfolio doesn't require something as robust.
