Hello BP!  I am Nick Deutsch and I am a real estate investor in Houston, Texas.  I am embarrassed to admit that I have been lurking on BP for years but am just now introducing myself.  I work full time as a lawyer and have been investing in real estate in one form or another for about 8 years.  I have done a couple of flips and currently own a single-family rental as well as a commercial tract that I am developing.

Now that I have finlly introduced myself I look forward to getting to know more of you.
