So I am leaning towards limiting my RE investing goals for the moment to trying to simply find a home for the family.

Beautiful work especially for only 50k in rehab costs.

(It's a nice 2 story 3/2 with 3/4 acres in a beautiful area.)I've been looking at purchasing but anything in the neighborhoods that would work for me is way out of my price range and anything that would be a good deal is snatched up too fast by them danged house flippers (who I wish I was one of.)

I've got one house on Crystal Beach at the moment and would be interested in another.

I have an issue at the moment I don't have a investor mentor just virtual mentors and through self education I manage to get my first rental with an FHA loan 2 years ago.
