Has anyone ever done this?
Hi everyone,
I was wondering if anyone has tried to do what I'm planning to do. I'm looking to purchase a multi-family home (preferably a fourplex) with an FHA loan as an owner-occupant. The problem is that I'm currently unemployed, but I have enough for down payment+closing costs. If I approached this loan with a co-signer who has an impeccable credit score and hefty net worth, would I be granted an FHA loan?
