I use a standard legal lease form, and in the length of the lease, I filled out 12.5 months, which is what we had agreed on, but on the lease end date, instead of filling in the appropriate 4/30/19, I wrote in 5/31/19.So now does the lease end 4/30 or 5/31?

And the other side of that is that if you set something up as a tenant in common then financing becomes an issue - both in getting a lender that will carve off TIC interests or in allocated the leverage values appropriately to each investor.
