Hello everybody I'm jesse from Mesa Arizona, and I'm currently looking for my first deal in wholesaling. I'm brand new but I'm ready to hustle. I'm looking for connections or even rei meet ups in my area. I'm driving for dollars, skip tracing and making calls but I'm nervous for when I get that first potential deal. My worries is my maximum purchase offer?? With not knowing the construction industry how do I come up with a number that works to keep them interested in selling while still making profit. Any help is appropriated

@Jesus Manzo Aguirre

There's a meetup in Mesa on the 23rd. https://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/521/topics/65....

There's usually around 30-40 people or so each meeting. You should check it out.

I'm not a wholesaler, but as far as estimating repair costs, it's something that takes practice and time. You can get an idea of costs via books and J Scott has a pretty good one you check out. I believe he just released a new version not that long ago.
