Funny thing, I was actually planning on taking a RE course at my community college this semester, but it was full, including the wait list! 

We meet the first Wed of the month at the Piccadilly in College Park on Old Nat'l Hwy/Godby Rd at 6:30 pm. 

I am finishing up some college credits that are needed, only two courses, and then I will be taking my test hopefully in less than 2 months.I am very excited to be doing this, and hope to be able to find a good sponsoring broker to work with after I get my licenses.

Try to buy at least one property that will be completely paid off by the time your little one graduates from high school as a college cost nest egg.

If you are thinking of rent to the college crowd in general, stick to the classic rental agreements with parents as co-signers.
