Hey Guys,

24 years old. Have been interested in investing in general since college (would say a while... but what is 5 years in the long run of things). Really started thinking about the idea of real estate investments a year or two ago when my parents picked up their first house in NV.

Although I may not really have the liquid funds right now to start the venture of buying&renting. I do want to learn as much as I can. I expect I will be able to learn a lot through this forum and podcast. Any tips on where to start? Research, reading, any good books or podcasts. Also how much in assets did you have before you started?

If anyone else is a reader. I've been using my commute to work to listen to audio books and these two are my favorite so far. (hope this isn't considered advertising)
