Maybe reach out to an attorney get their input.My house is in the panhandle of Florida.Room was 120sq ftThey did two coats225$ included bleach kilz and labor.Total carpet for two rooms and a staircase was 2800$ even with the cheapest carpet type they offered.Unfortunately I don’t know the brand they used but I’ve used just the original kind at Home Depot before and it works fine.My wife was able to get back in that area for a few weeks, so she’ll be doing a walk thru this week.

Second least expensive, run another sewer line outside of the house, use a trench machine and concrete cutter from home depot or some sort, it may only have one or two baths, so it should run only around 5k, permits need to be pulled and drawn, use ABS if possible.

A better option is to estimate the annual mileage you drive that relates to your property (drive bys, trips to home depot, banking, anything related) and take the standard mileage deduction of $0.56/mile (I think thats the rate).
