Need some help getting my first rental going

I have my first rental all cleaned up painted and just about ready rent. Being this is my first experience at landlord and after spending the last few days reading around this Rental-Property forum about all the problems and issues that I open myself up to I've started to feeling a bit over whelmed nervous and could sure use a little help getting started on the right path so I can get the job done.

I'd like to list the place on Craigslist but really can't list it till I have all the proper forms on hand. I searched around
searched around the Landlord Center on the left but really can't find decent rental application there.
I know I'll need a rental application but are there other forms I'll need also ?

The place is a small 3br 2bath in south Florida.
Its in a community with a HOA and pool where all the places are the same so i know what others are renting for there.

Hope i can get the help i need here to actually get the job done and rent the place
