I have bought a condo and a townhouse in Las Vegas a few years ago.

A little about my 22 year old self: I graduate May 2017 from North Carolina State University in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Entrepreneurial Studies.

Does any one know of a real estate agent and a mortgage person that I can use to be able to purchase in Bronx, NY. 

Let's say I have $300K to invest and want to buy a $300K home to live in and a $300 duplex to rent out.  

I originally paid $82,000 for it with a $10,000 down payment and a interest rate of 5.5%.

Now i'm married, have three kids and a wife that want me to retire.I'm usually the jack-of-all-trades and Do-it-all-by-myself guy, but in order to advance at a more rapid pace, it helps to have a support group. 

However, this only occurs when the buyer has extensive real estate knowledge, extensive experience, and a large network of FIRST tier contacts.  

Put the sod in immediately and as suggested get the timer for the water.

There is a big difference in a bird dog fee and a wholesaling fee so make sure you know the difference and the work involved with each.

So I live near a small town that has a small community college, a Walmart, a Sheetz, and a couple other little places in it.
