If she does not agree to a 6 month lease, I think that extending the lease for three months, if she pays three months in advance, is a good idea.  

I just won't a supplier that can compete with Price that is found on these sites without the hassle of running them down I'm interested in hearing your ideas on how to obtain appliances that will work and still look good and current not old at a price that can't be beat thanks Chad

May be a whole separate topic but any other ideas on how to structure the deal with them getting a rehab or construction loan so it's less risk on my end but I still basically quarterback the deal so they get the end product they want?

I've slowly been discussing the idea of investing to her and she's completely on board with investing, but she would rather do the comfortable option and use the profits to put into OUR next home.The way I see it, I have several options (probably more that I don't see as well)We could sell and use the entire profits to put into our next home.
