If open to the region in general Broken Bow Ok is on fire but prices are insane.

.- Purchase unique, vintage, higher quality furniture on Facebook Marketplace, estate sales, and garage sales instead of buying cheap stuff from the big box stores.- The automation services such as Hospitable, Pricelabs, etc. are worth it in my opinion

@Dominic Daoust I just came across this and wanted to know if you are thinking of anywhere in DFW region or more specifically do you prefer the Fort Worth Side or the Dallas side?
