If a 300 expense breaks you you might want to reconsider.Ask yourself if you showed up to your hotel or motel and wanted to watch some TV and go to bed...how pumped would you be to realize there was no tv.The negative reviews from angry tv people will far outweigh the 300 expense.Hell if you have free time you can find free or nearly free ones all day at yardsale or online.

If the house is inhabitable due to water damage or fire and they had to find alternate place to live on their own then yes, you offer credit but then if you place them in hotel then No credit.

Rents are 650 x 4 units = 2,600l flew out for a week to look at units- okay condition close to Wright Patterson Air Force, Airport, Hotels, Shopping.This unit has HOA for 200 (grass mowing, snow plowing, Trash Pick up, Road Maintenance.Owner pays water, hoa, prpty mgmt.l am concerned about HOA.Any Advise!
