AirBNB - when to get in?

Can people describe their experiences for doing this AIRbnb rentals during covid? How do you deal with being stuck in multiple leases during a pandemic? 

Was looking at Brian Page's BNB formula and was inspired to get into the short term rental market. I'm wondering if now is a good time because of the whole pandemic. Maybe research and hold off for now? Or maybe enter a different market? How long does it typically take to do a set up? Looking for anyone who is experienced in all of this to provide any info!
