AirBNB - when to get in?
Can people describe their experiences for doing this AIRbnb rentals during covid? How do you deal with being stuck in multiple leases during a pandemic?
Was looking at Brian Page's BNB formula and was inspired to get into the short term rental market. I'm wondering if now is a good time because of the whole pandemic. Maybe research and hold off for now? Or maybe enter a different market? How long does it typically take to do a set up? Looking for anyone who is experienced in all of this to provide any info!

Arbitrage is a job, but it is not real estate investing. You are not building equity or wealth.
You don't own the property and are at the mercy of the owner. They could refuse to renew your lease after you have built up the rental business and repeat renters.
