They tend to be located in more central areas where we wouldn't have to sacrifice some of the things about the city we love and where the owners unit would check a lot of our boxes where rents could cover roughly 50% of costs.

I moved to the Cookeville, TN area a little over a year ago, and I've really spent a large majority of the past year educating myself on multifamily rentals, BRRRR and other real estate investing strategies.

Planned to re-do our rental kitchen in May 2022  but just learned IKEA cabinet boxes (30" & 36") are ALL on backorder -- since last Spring!

While we can create separate spaces for each unit but..the electrical boxes would then no longer be accessable to each unit..they sit next to each other and would be contained on only one side of the partition..

We will have a donation box for non-perishable food items, and will be donating to Feeding Tampa Bay.

Plus we have a 3-1 game table (cards/games, poker and bumper pool) along with a bunch of boxed games.

Just trying to think outside the box! 

Then I found if its an LLC, I can dive into the state gov page and search the llc, most of the time it gives a mailing address (po box) and a home address, then lookup that home address in OnX and find out who the owner of the LLC is. 

With how the market is right now I'm trying to get more creative with deals and think outside the box.
